Q: What are some common side effects?

A: There have been no reported side effects of this product. If you encounter any, we recommend removing the mask, washing off the product, and discontinuing use.

Q: Can I apply makeup or use it with other products after mask application?

A: Once you remove the mask, do not wash your face for at least three hours. For maximum results, allow the extracellular matrix to remain and soak in for up to 12 hours. Once you wash your face you are welcome to follow your normal facial regimen and cosmetic routine.

Q: Can I reuse the compressed mask sheet?

A: No, the mask is designed for one time use only.

Q: How long will the RevivaMask product be good in a regular 0° F (-18° C) home freezer?

A: You can use it immediately or you can keep the extracellular matrix frozen in a regular home freezer at 0° F (-18° C) for up to one year. It can also be stored in a regular refrigerator at 40° F (4° C) for three months.

Q: What happens if I lose or damage the white compressed face mask before using it?

A: You can apply the extracellular matrix directly on the face or neck without the mask sheet. Let dry and wash off after 3 hours. For maximum results, allow the extracellular solution to remain and soak in for up to 12 hours.

Q: What if I get some extracellular matrix in my eyes or mouth?

A: We suggest rinsing or flushing the eyes if irritable. If you get some in your mouth do not swallow but rinse out your mouth thoroughly.

Q: How long until people see results?

A: Results vary based on the patient, type of procedure and degree of dermal trauma. In most cases when used post aesthetic treatment, patients may notice less pain, inflammation, redness, and a cooling sensation while the underlying regenerative factors continued to work on repairing the tissue over the following days, weeks, and months.

A: We ship overnight for all US orders and your product will be shipped with cold packs. Please put it in the freezer when received or use it immediately. International shipping is on a case-by-case calculation.
